Goyo Labs

Privacy policy

Last updated: May 5, 2026

1. What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email, authentication credentials. As you use Goyo we store your conversations, personalisation preferences, memories, generated assets, and connected plugin tokens — the minimum needed to keep the product working for you.

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate, maintain, and improve Goyo, to process transactions, and to communicate with you about your account. Personalisation preferences shape Guideon's responses across web chat and any connected channel. Memories are read only by Guideon during your sessions.

3. Training and the model

You decide whether anonymised prompts may help us improve Goyo for everyone. The default is opt-in, and you can change it any time from Settings → Data controls. Memories, names, payment details, and personally identifiable information are never used for training.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the providers required to operate the service (e.g. Supabase for storage and auth, Replicate for model inference) and only when you explicitly connect a plugin do we send relevant data to that third-party provider. Disconnecting a plugin removes our ongoing access.

5. Security

Sessions are protected by Supabase Auth. You can enable two-factor authentication from Settings → Security. Plugin credentials are stored encrypted at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel and audited.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use minimum necessary cookies to maintain your session and a small set of product analytics to improve the experience. You can disable optional analytics from Settings → Data controls.

7. Your rights

You can access, export, correct, and delete your personal data from Settings → Data controls. Account deletion removes your account and associated content; some legal records may be retained where required by law. Reach us at dev@goyolabs.com for any privacy request not surfaced in-app.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes are announced by email and in-app. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
