These Terms of Use apply to your use of Guideon, Goyo Labs, and our other services for individuals, along with any associated software applications and websites. These Terms form an agreement between you and Goyo Labs.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Goyo Labs, Guideon, Studio, Gallery, Work, or related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you should not use our services.
2. What Goyo provides
Goyo Labs is a creative operating system for building, designing, generating, organizing, and shipping work. The platform includes AI chat, creative generation tools, project workspaces, connected services, and automation features.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account, your sign-in credentials, and activity that happens under your account. Keep your information accurate and protect access to your workspace.
4. Product access
Goyo may add, remove, limit, or change access to features as the product evolves. Any future commercial terms will be documented separately before they apply.
5. Connected services
When you connect third-party services such as GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Slack, or other providers, you authorize Goyo to access those services within the permissions you grant. You can disconnect integrations from your settings when available.
6. Content and ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit and outputs you create, subject to the rights needed for Goyo to operate, secure, improve, and provide the services. You are responsible for ensuring your content and use of outputs comply with applicable law.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to violate the law, infringe rights, harm others, bypass security, generate abusive or deceptive activity, distribute spam, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
8. Service changes
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goyo Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
