By accessing or using Goyo Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Goyo Labs provides AI-powered creative tools, including but not limited to image generation, background removal, and video creation. Services are provided on a credit-based system through subscriptions or one-time purchases.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Credits and Payments
Credits purchased via subscriptions or packs are non-refundable except as required by law. Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle, while pack credits do not expire.
5. Intellectual Property
Goyo Labs retains all rights to its platform and technology. You retain ownership of the content you create using our tools, subject to the license granted to us to provide the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Goyo Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
